Job Title: Direct Support Provider

Position for: Full-time, Part-time

Seeking Direct Support Provider for Innovations I/DD services.

Are you compassionate, caring, gentle, active, fun-loving and reliable?

We are offering a rewarding position that involves community outings and home-based care for adults with developmental disabilities.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years experience providing personal care assistance or working with adults in ICF homes.

Experience with autism is a plus. Must have a clean background check, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and high school diploma or GED. Qualified candidates will be contacted within 1 week.

Pay for qualified applicants is $15/hr.
