Innovations Waiver Services
are habilitative services for people with chronic lifelong disabilities who qualify for an institutional level of care. They allow people to be served in their home & community rather than an institution. Services address goals for socialization, communication, mobility, recreation, self-help, daily living skills, and training for families and caregivers.

1915(i) Waiver Services
The 1915(i) Medicaid Waiver is similar to the Innovations Waiver and provides support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), including those with speech delays or related diagnoses. Eligibility for 1915(i) services requires Medicaid enrollment.

What Are 1915(i) Services?
1915(i) services are provided in the home and/or community and typically range from 15 to 28 hours per week, depending on the individual’s age and authorized service level. These services are designed to help individuals develop the skills needed for greater independence and success in daily life.
At Dreamweavers, we employ experienced and qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who work alongside individuals and families to achieve short-term goals identified in the Individual Service Plan (ISP) developed with the Care Manager.
